- You are of legal age to purchase the items in your order (21 years of age for handguns and NFA items; 18 years of age for rifles, shotguns, and ammunition).
- You are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition.
- You understand that false statements on required background check forms (such as ATF Form 4473) are a violation of federal law.
2. Firearm Transfer
- FFL Requirement: All firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choosing. You are responsible for providing FFL transfer details at checkout.
- Background Checks: All firearm transfers require completion of the background check process as mandated by federal law. Firearms will not be released until the FFL confirms approval.
- State Restrictions: Certain firearms, magazines, and ammunition types are restricted in some states and municipalities. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws in your jurisdiction. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled will be canceled.
3. NFA-Regulated Items
Inman’s Armory offers certain products regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other restricted items. Purchasers of NFA items acknowledge that:
- Completion of ATF paperwork and background checks is required.
- Sales are final once ATF forms have been submitted.
- Items will not transfer until the customer’s application is approved by the ATF.
4. Pricing and Availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We strive for accuracy, but errors in product listings, descriptions, or pricing may occur. Inman’s Armory reserves the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.
- Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer alternatives.
5. Payments
- We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as displayed at checkout.
- By submitting payment, you authorize Inman’s Armory to charge your account for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Firearms will only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. Customers must provide the correct FFL information at checkout.
- Accessories, optics, and ammunition may be shipped directly to customers where legal.
- Inman’s Armory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

- Inman’s Armory is not liable for injuries, damages, or misuse resulting from the use of our products.
