We strive to ensure that every order meets expectations and complies with all federal, state, and local firearm laws. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when purchasing from our store or website at www.inmansarmory.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.
Due to federal regulations and the sensitive nature of firearm and ammunition sales, all sales of firearms and ammunition are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to a customer by a licensed FFL dealer, it is considered used and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Similarly, ammunition cannot be returned or refunded once it has left our store or been shipped. This policy protects customer safety and ensures compliance with ATF requirements.
Before finalizing a firearm purchase, we strongly encourage customers to carefully research the make, model, and specifications to ensure it meets their needs. If you have questions about a firearm, our staff is available to provide guidance before you commit to the sale
Products such as holsters, scopes, magazines, range gear, and other accessories may be eligible for return or exchange. To qualify:
Items that show signs of wear, installation, or modification cannot be accepted for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the issue along with your order number. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Depending on availability, we will offer a replacement item, store credit, or refund.
Manufacturer warranties may also apply. For products covered by factory warranties, Inman’s Armory may assist with the warranty claim process or direct you to the manufacturer for resolution.
Gunsmithing work, firearm modifications, and custom services are non-refundable once completed. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, and if an issue arises with workmanship, please contact us. Adjustments or corrections will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Special order items, including firearms not normally carried in stock, suppressors, and other NFA-regulated products, are non-refundable once the order has been placed. NFA items require ATF approval, and once paperwork has been submitted, the sale cannot be canceled or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements prior to purchase.
If your return request qualifies under this policy, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders may be canceled before they ship or before FFL transfer is initiated. Once a firearm has shipped to an FFL or ATF paperwork has been filed for NFA items, the order cannot be canceled. For accessories or non-firearm items, cancellation requests must be made as quickly as possible by contacting our store at armory@inmansbbq.com or 325-247-5257.
